Key players join Nigeria ahead of Morocco tournament.

The Super Eagles have boosted their squad in Cairo, Egypt, with the number of players in camp rising to 15 ahead of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco.

Fulham duo Alex Iwobi and Calvin Bassey, along with Brentford midfielder Frank Onyeka, arrived on Monday, confirmed media officer Promise Efoghe. They joined Zaidu Sanusi of FC Porto and Paul Onuachu of Trabzonspor, who also reported to camp today.

Other players already in camp include Ademola Lookman, Bright Osayi-Samuel, Stanley Nwabali, Fisayo Dele-Bashiru, and Francis Uzoho.

Bassey was on target for Fulham in their 3-2 Premier League victory over Burnley on Saturday, showcasing his fine form before joining the national team.
