Vin Diesel confirms a role was written specifically for the football superstar in the blockbuster franchise.

Hollywood actor Vin Diesel has confirmed that Cristiano Ronaldo will feature in the next Fast & Furious movie, with a role written specifically for the Portuguese football superstar.

Diesel, who plays Dominic “Dom” Toretto in the franchise, shared a photo of himself with Ronaldo on Instagram, captioning it:
“Everyone asked, would he be in the Fast mythology… I gotta tell you he is a real one. We wrote a role for him…”

The upcoming film, scheduled for release in April 2027, will also reunite Diesel’s character with Paul Walker’s Brian O’Conner, bringing a fitting tribute to the late actor.

Fast & Furious

Earlier this year, Diesel revealed that production for the finale “will finally return home” to Los Angeles following the devastating wildfires in January, promising fans a spectacular conclusion to the iconic series.

Fans of both football and Fast & Furious can look forward to Ronaldo’s exciting cameo, merging two global fanbases in one highly anticipated blockbuster.
