Premier League Winner Targeted As Thieves Raid His Villa

Jamie Vardy’s £2M Italian Villa Raided: Thieves Steal £80,000 in Valuables.

Leicester City legend Jamie Vardy and his wife Rebekah suffered a major shock after burglars raided their £2 million Lake Garda villa in Italy, stealing around £80,000 worth of jewellery, watches, cash, and other high-value items.

The break-in happened on Sunday, November 23, 2025, while the couple were in Rome watching Cremonese lose 3-1 to AS Roma. A babysitter was in the house at the time, but the gang of three forced entry through a window and fled before being detected.

Police believe the thieves had been watching the property in Salò and struck when the family was away. The stolen items reportedly included a Patek Philippe watch.

Vardy, 38, moved to Cremonese in September 2025 after 13 years at Leicester, where he won the Premier League in 2016 and scored 183 goals. He has scored twice in eight Serie A appearances so far.

The couple had settled well into Italian life, often seen at local restaurants and around the lakeside town. Vardy recently described living in Italy as “absolutely brilliant.”

Italian authorities are investigating the burglary. No arrests have been made.
