
Remo Stars FC technical adviser Usman Abd’Allah has confidently insisted that the club will avoid relegation in the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) this season.
The Sky Blue Stars boosted their survival hopes with a hard-fought 2-1 victory over Bayelsa United FC in Ikenne, a result that lifted them out of the relegation zone.

Bayelsa United took an early lead through Ofem Nneoyi, but Remo Stars responded strongly.
Goals from Alex Oyowah and Victor Mbaoma completed the turnaround and secured a vital three points for the reigning champions.

Abd’Allah remained upbeat about his team’s chances ahead of the final match of the season.
“We have to work very hard… By the grace of God, we will go there, get the three points and escape relegation,” he said.
He praised his team’s consistency in front of goal, noting that they have scored in every match since he took charge.

Remo Stars will now head into their final NPFL fixture needing a win against Bendel Insurance FC to guarantee their top-flight status.
