Former Super Eagles winger finally plays in Kazakhstan after being stranded in Dubai.

Victor Moses finally made his Victor Moses debut for Kaisar Kyzylorda on Monday, coming off the bench in a goalless draw against FC Astana, ending an anxious wait caused by regional airspace disruptions.
The 35-year-old winger, who joined Kaisar on a free transfer after leaving Luton Town, was stranded in Dubai due to the escalating conflict between Iran, the United States, and Israel, which closed airspace across several countries.
Head coach Andrey Ferapontov had previously expressed frustration over Moses’ delayed arrival:
“Moses can’t fly out of Dubai due to the political situation. We’re waiting for him. When they rejoin, we’ll have a full squad.”
Moses entered the match in the 64th minute, replacing Chilean midfielder Thomas Jones, but Kaisar were unable to break down a well-organized Astana side.
The former Chelsea F.C., Liverpool F.C., Fenerbahce, and Inter Milan star is one of Kazakhstan football’s highest-profile signings, bringing with him 38 caps for Nigeria and a key role in the 2013 AFCON triumph.
Fellow Nigerian forward Imoh Ezekiel was also delayed in the Middle East and will have to wait for his own debut in the coming weeks.
Moses’ arrival marks a significant boost for Kaisar as they look to strengthen their squad for the Kazakhstan Premier League season.
