Kelechi Iheanacho came off the bench to score a crucial winning goal as Celtic FC secured a hard-fought 2–1 victory over Hibernian FC at Easter Road.

Celtic had taken the lead just before halftime through Daizen Maeda, who finished from close range after sustained pressure from the visitors.
However, Hibernian responded almost immediately, with Joe Newell scoring in first-half stoppage time to bring the hosts level.
Iheanacho was introduced in the 70th minute, replacing Yang Hyun-jun, and made an instant impact. Just two minutes after coming on, he found the back of the net to secure all three points for Celtic.
The strike marked his seventh goal in all competitions this season, underlining his importance as a reliable option off the bench.
Celtic, managed by Martin O’Neill, remain second in the table, level on points with the league leaders, who still have a game in hand.
