Serie A side demand €40m as Turkey’s Fenerbahçe target Nigerian winger.

Atalanta have decided to hold on to winger Ademola Lookman until the end of the season, amid growing interest from Turkish Super Lig side Fenerbahçe, reports Sportblits.com.
The Istanbul-based club is reportedly offering a €5m loan fee until the end of the season, with an obligation to buy set at €37m, alongside a salary exceeding €9m per year plus performance-based add-ons.
However, Atalanta have made it clear they will only sanction the Nigeria international’s sale for a minimum of €40m, according to Calciomercato.com.
Lookman, 28, has contributed three goals in 16 appearances across all competitions for La Dea this season. Currently away on international duty with the Super Eagles at AFCON 2025, he has already scored three goals and provided five assists in Morocco, continuing to impress on the continental stage.
Atalanta’s stance suggests they value Lookman’s attacking versatility and ongoing contribution, and any move will need to meet their financial expectations.
