Nigerian forward Kilani makes Liga MX move to boost career.

Nigerian forward Paul Kilani has completed a move to Mexican top-flight club Querétaro FC, joining on a one-year loan from Atlantic Business Football Club with an option to make the deal permanent, Sportblits.com reports.
The 20-year-old striker arrived in Mexico earlier this week, passed his medical, and has been officially registered with the Liga MX club. Financial details of the agreement were not disclosed.
Kilani’s move represents a major step in his career, offering him the chance to gain regular top-level experience in one of North America’s most competitive leagues.
Having earned a reputation as one of Nigeria’s most prolific young forwards over the past four years, Kilani previously trialed in Europe—including stints in Latvia and at the Viareggio Cup—before securing this breakthrough move.
Querétaro, who have had a slow start to the Liga MX season with one draw and two defeats from their first three matches, are expected to rely on Kilani to provide goals and attacking impetus.

Expressing his gratitude, Kilani said:
“I want to say a big thank you to Atlantic Business FC for everything they’ve done. The support, the love, the motivation, the way they push me to reach my limits. I want to make them all proud.”
Atlantic Business FC president Henry Obinna hailed the transfer as a testament to Kilani’s talent and character:
“Dimeji is one of the best young players in Nigeria. He should be playing at national team level with the Flying Eagles or the Olympics team at least. He’s a great football talent but also a good young lad. I’m sure he will grab this opportunity to play top-flight football in a reputable league like the Liga MX.”
Kilani also becomes the first Nigerian player to sign for Querétaro FC, marking a historic moment for both the player and the club.
