Young centre-back embarks on European adventure in Lithuania’s top-flight A Lyga.

Talented Nigerian centre-back Brendan Asomugha has officially completed his move to Lithuanian side FC Džiugas Telšiai, marking a major milestone in his young career.
The 19-year-old, formerly of Calgary Football Academy in Abuja, expressed his excitement ahead of competing in the Lithuanian A Lyga, the country’s top-flight league.

“I’m thrilled to join FC Džiugas Telšiai and can’t wait to showcase my skills and contribute to the team’s success,” Asomugha said.
The Niedźwiedzie will rely on Brendan to fortify their defense as he aims to make an immediate impact and help the club achieve its ambitions this season.
