Aston Villa join Galatasaray in race for Super Eagles midfielder.

Premier League side Aston Villa have emerged as suitors for Club Brugge midfielder Raphael Onyedika, according to reports.
Transfer expert Sacha Tavolieri revealed that Villa have made a move for the Nigeria international as they seek cover following an injury to Boubacar Camara.
Turkish champions Galatasaray are also monitoring Onyedika’s situation and are believed to have gone a step further by agreeing personal terms with the 24-year-old. The Istanbul club have reportedly offered him a four-and-a-half-year contract.
Onyedika recently impressed on the international stage, playing a key role as the Super Eagles finished third at the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations. He scored two goals against Uganda in Nigeria’s final group match and was named Man of the Match.
The defensive midfielder’s strong AFCON showing has boosted interest ahead of the January transfer window.
