Premier League Side Hold Out for Higher Fee Amid Striker Interest.

Wolverhampton Wanderers have reportedly rejected an offer from Turkish giants Besiktas for Nigeria international Tolu Arokodare, as interest in the striker continues to grow.
According to transfer expert Ekrem Konur, Besiktas submitted a €15 million bid for the 25-year-old forward. However, Wolves are unwilling to negotiate at that price, insisting they will only consider offers in the region of €25m to €30m.
Besiktas are currently in the market for a new striker following the sale of Tammy Abraham to Aston Villa, and Arokodare has emerged as one of their top targets.

The powerful forward only joined Wolves in the summer of 2025, arriving from Belgian Pro League side KRC Genk. The Premier League club paid €26 million to secure his services, a figure that heavily influences their current valuation.
Despite his strong physical presence, Arokodare has found it difficult to fully settle at Molineux. The striker has recorded four goals and one assist in 22 appearances across all competitions so far this season.
With Wolves reluctant to sell at a loss and Besiktas keen to reinforce their attack, negotiations could hinge on whether the Turkish club are willing to significantly increase their offer.
