Quarterfinals promise blockbuster clashes with PSG, Bayern, Barcelona, and Arsenal all in action.

The 2025–26 UEFA Champions League quarterfinals promise intense action after the completion of the round of 16. Real Madrid will headline the round with a clash against Bayern Munich, who crushed Atalanta 10–2 on aggregate. Madrid, who needed a playoff to reach the last 16 and then overcame Manchester City, now face arguably their toughest test yet.
Arsenal will meet Sporting CP after winning all but one game in the league phase and easing past Bayer Leverkusen in the last-16 return leg. Sporting CP earned their place with a remarkable comeback from 3–0 down against Bodø/Glimt to win 5–3 on aggregate.
Liverpool, meanwhile, face current holders Paris Saint-Germain in a rematch of last season’s round of 16. Liverpool’s 4–0 win over Galatasaray set up the blockbuster, recalling a previous 1–0 surprise away win that highlighted PSG’s dangerous potential.
The all-Spanish clash between Barcelona and Atlético Madrid promises fireworks. Barcelona overcame Newcastle United 7–2 in the second leg, while Atlético needed a 5–2 first-leg victory over Tottenham Hotspur to progress. Barca now have a chance to avenge their recent Copa del Rey semifinal defeat to Diego Simeone’s side.
