Salah stars as Liverpool dominate Galatasaray to reach UCL last eight.

Liverpool surged into the UEFA Champions League quarter-finals after a dominant 4-0 win over Galatasaray, completing a 4-1 aggregate victory.
Trailing by one goal from the first leg, Arne Slot’s side were clinical after the interval. Hugo Ekitike, Ryan Gravenberch, and Mohamed Salah all scored in just 11 minutes, turning the tie decisively in Liverpool’s favour.
Dominik Szoboszlai opened the scoring with a brilliant first-time finish from Alexis Mac Allister’s corner, though Galatasaray goalkeeper Ugurcan Cakir made several early saves. Liverpool’s dominance became evident after Salah’s precise cross was tucked in by Ekitike, Gravenberch volleyed in, and Salah added a trademark curler to make it 4-0.

Despite a tame penalty miss and a later ruled-out goal, Liverpool’s attacking firepower left Galatasaray unable to respond. Salah marked the milestone as the first African player to score 50 goals in the Champions League, also registering his 200th and 201st Liverpool goal involvements in just 211 appearances.
The Reds registered an expected goals (xG) of 5.02 from 32 shots, overwhelming Galatasaray, who managed only 0.18 xG from four attempts. Liverpool will now face Paris Saint-Germain in the UCL quarter-finals, setting up a blockbuster clash.
